What is a Dib Dab Art box?

It’s an every other month subscription box delivering amazing children’s art and craft projects to your door. Each box contains three craft activities aswell as hand picked creative materials, all themed precut elements, child friendly instructions and a make and do activity sheet. The boxes have been created for 3-10year old's by an award winning artist, designer and art educator with over 10 years teaching experience.

Do I need to purchase anything extra to do the activities?

The boxes have been developed with the busy parent in mind, so we aim to include everything you need to get started, but you may need to have a glue stick at hand.

How does it work?

The set up process is simple to do, just click SUBSCRIBE from the menu and follow the on screen instructions. Once subscribed, relax and we will do the rest! The boxes are conveniently sized to fit through your letterbox, so there is no need to wait in or traipse down to your local mail delivery centre. Boxes are shipped at the end of each month, so you will receive your box around beginning the month.

My child isn’t very good at Art or drawing, is there any point in subscribing?

We want our boxes to be accessible to all children and that includes the ones who may shy away from Art projects because they think they aren’t good enough. All our projects are designed and created to help build self-confidence and self-worth in your child. With easy to follow instructions and exciting monthly themes your child will love making and creating the projects included. Each box always comes with amazing fun stickers too so every child can love our art boxes!

How much does a box cost?

A box starts at £25 for a single box and £35 for a sibling box.

How much is postage?

Postage is £3.95 for all UK orders and added to your monthly price.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to athe UK but will soon ship to all countries.

Can I delay shipment of my order?

Yes if you’d like to delay shipment of an order so it arrives for someone’s birthday or for Christmas for example, just pop us an email when you subscribe to dibdabartclub@com and we’ll ensure your first shipment is sent in the month you wish it be sent. Please note, however, that all our boxes are posted out at the end of each month, so we are only able to post your box at the end of the month.

How does payment work?

Payment for your first month to month box will be taken when you subscribe and every second month there after until you cancel the subscription. If you choose a pre-paid payment it will be a one off payment at check-out.

The payment will show on your bank account under the name Dib Dab Art Club.

How can I cancel my month to month subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You’ll need to enter your email and password, which you'll have created when you subscribed. Don't worry if you can't remember it, you can request a new one. If you have any problems doing it, you can always email us at dibdabartclub.com and we will cancel it for you. If you don’t want to receive your next box, you will need to cancel before your  monthly rebilling date of the month. However, you will still receive any boxes that you paid for before you cancelled.

How can I update my address or bank details?

If you ever want to make any changes to your address or bank details you can do so in the members area. We start processing the boxes for posting from the 20th of the month so changes to address details need to made before then.

How do I reactivate a subscription that I had previously cancelled?

You can reactivate your subscription through your Dib Dab Art Club account or by emailing us.

If I reactivate my subscription, which box will I receive next?

As we take payment in advance, you will receive the following month's box. If you would prefer to receive the current month's box and then be billed again later in the month for the following month's box, you can just email us and let us know your preference.

What's the difference between a single box and sibling box?

A single box includes enough materials for ONE child to undertake each activity and a sibling box includes enough materials for TWO children to undertake the activities. They may share certain items such as the cards and items such as paints or glue.

Do you have a gift certificate I can give?

Not yet but we are working on it! In the meantime if you would like a gift certificate for Chistmas, Birthday or special occassions then email us and we can send you a PDF file.
